R. Mukunda Rajan, Co-founder, Head – Sales
Mukund has over 20+ years of experience in IT industry with a equitable mix of sales and delivery experience. Mukund started off as Design Engineer at HMT, Hyderabad before he switched to IT. He worked his way as a business analyst through Pre-sales, Sales, and Program Management roles. Prior to ASEAN exposure, he was adorned all of the above roles in India and has full knowledge of a market that is critical to successful management of offshore model. He has been with iGATE Singapore for over 6+ years in different roles and was responsible for its success in many engagements. Prior to iGATE, Mukund was Practice Manager – Manufacturing at Compaq, India.

Mukund holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.


KV Krishna, Co-founder, Head – Operations
Krishna has 14+ years experience in managing development and delivery of technology solutions for global clients. He began his career as a Software instructor in India. Later, he moved into development role. He rose quickly from software engineer to Delivery Manager, responsible for managing large teams and programs. His last position was at Mindtech, Singapore as Delivery Manager. Prior to Mindtech, Krishna worked as Sr. Project Manager at iGATE, Singapore for over 6 years.

Krishna has full knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle process and exposure to current technology trends. He has personally led large projects in as diverse technology & platforms like .Net, J2EE, Oracle ERP, SAP, etc for reputed global clients like HP, GE, Toshiba, etc

Krishna holds a Bachelor Degree in Science, Post Graduate in Computer Applications, Diploma in Business Administration. He is also a certified PMP.
